2. Description of the Services
We provide educational events, live or recorded sessions, workshops, workbooks, and related digital resources. The specific content, format, schedule, access period, and included materials are described on the relevant registration or sales page and may be updated when reasonably necessary.
3. Registration and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Access credentials, event links, replays, downloads, and other materials are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without our written permission. We may refuse or revoke access where these Terms are violated.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices, taxes, payment terms, and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, and purchases are also subject to the applicable provider terms. Live-event registrations may be cancelled for a full refund within seven days of purchase and at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Digital replay purchases are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law.

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, professional, personal, or other outcome. Testimonials, examples, and case studies describe individual experiences and do not promise that you will achieve similar results.
